I do feel Iwill use this immediately. The practice of the poses in the class is a good start for practice on our own. Overall Patrick was an engaging and well organized instructor. I'm glad I came!

In Level Two (30 hrs), the seated position will be completed, along with techniques for prone and side-lying positions. Upon completion of this training, the student will be able to perform a 2 to 3 hour Thai Massage, utilizing a total of 150+ movements. Many of these movements can be modified for use on a massage table, or to supplement other modalities such as physical therapy, personal training, chiropractic, etc.

1, 2, or 3 Day course? Prone, Supine, and Side-Lying Positions are all taught in the Thai on the Table course. Each position may be a stand-alone course of 8 hours each, or the full Certification may be taught over the course of 3 days (recommended).

A Note from Nayada: Add the spice of Thai massage to your table routines! Save your wrists and thumbs with dynamic flowing movements, joint manipulation, rhythmic stretching and acupressure that embody this technique.

This hands on workshop teaches specific skills therapists can integrate into an existing practice. This course includes discussion and demonstration of a typical routine, followed by step-by-step instruction of portions of the work which can readily be incorporated into table or floor treatments. This class is recommended for those unfamiliar with Thai Massage and is not a prerequisite for Thai Massage Certification.
